Heavy Truck Used Dealership Showroom Remodeling
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I’m planning to renovate our Heavy Truck showroom and need a thoughtful layout that makes every visitor feel at ease from the moment they step inside. The floorplan must seamlessly weave together all core zones: a welcoming parts sales counter, a distinct service counter, admin offices for back-of-house tasks, and a mezzanine level that can be used as an inventory warehouse.
Customer experience and employee ease of movement drives every design choice. Traffic flow, sight-lines to featured models, intuitive wayfinding, and noise control within the space matter more to me than flashy décor. I have a scan of a rough pencil sketch with measurements. Additionally, I have added our company logo so you can see our corporate colors.
Once I share everything, I’d like you to translate them into a scaled plan that positions each zone logically, indicates suggested furniture or equipment groupings, and highlights how customers move from entrance to exit without confusion.
Deliverables
• Scaled floor plan (PDF + editable CAD/Revit/SketchUp file) showing all requested areas
- 3D visual file with finishing imaging
• Annotated notes on circulation, signage points, and customer touch-points
If you prefer specific design tools, just tell me—AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp all work. Let’s create a showroom that not only looks good but also feels effortless for every guest.
