Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm seeking a professional to create detailed schematic drawings for the renovation of my home's ground floor. These drawings should be suitable for a builder to quote. Additionally, a 3D front render is required, using a vision board image as inspiration.
Key aspects of the project include:
- Open-plan layout: The renovation should create an open-plan layout on the ground floor. This should be done within the existing footprint of the house and using the existing plumbing.
- Layout drawings: layout elements need to be included in the schematic drawings. Detailed interior design elements are not required.
Ideal candidates for this project will have:
