Garden design zanzibar

I am looking to design a garden in Zanzibar, and I need the help of a freelancer to make it a reality. The garden area I am working with is more than 1000sqft, and I am aiming for a tropical aesthetic, as it is a tropical country. I already know where to source the necessary plants and materials, so I won't need any assistance with that. All I need is the creative eye and expertise of a professional to help me bring my vision to life!

I have drone pictures of the house in question. The design should include a swimming pool behind the house, and also utilize many grass areas.

Please keep in mind that there is no soil and the ground is mostly made out of sand. Potentially we could buy some soil for the planting process.
