Garage & Home Interior Architecture
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm seeking a skilled interior architect to help design the interior of some key areas of my newly constructed home. These areas include:
1. A sizable garage, ideally capable of accommodating 3 vehicles.
2. A practical and effective laundry area.
3. A storage-friendly "drop zone".
4. A multi-purpose storage area.
5. Tool storage and work bench
6. Plenty of windows
As for the laundry space, I have a few specific needs, which include:
- Ample storage space.
- The inclusion of a utility sink.
- An area specifically designed for folding/hanging clothes.
To take on this project, the ideal freelancer would have past experience with residential interiors, specifically in designing garages, laundry spaces and storage areas. I value creativity and efficient use of space, so a demonstrated ability in these areas would be highly appreciated. Looking for someone that can do the floorplan/blueprints. Do you get them signed and sealed with engineer so they are ready for permits?
