Garage Apartment Conversion

I'm looking to transform my garage into a functional living space. This space will eventually be utilized as a 3-bedroom/2 bath 1652 sqft apartment, 10 ft ceilings, complete with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The metal building (walls/roof/concrete floors) will already be in place. Just need the internal walls/structure drawn out to present to the builder/bank. I think I need blueprints as we have to give it to the builder/contractors so they l it where to put the walls, plumbing, electrical etc

We have a metal building and need to build a little apartment in there. It is a 45ft deep and 37 ft wide

Key requirements:
-I have the layout and measurement
- Install a full kitchen
- Incorporate laundry facilities

Ideal candidates will have experience in residential construction and design, specifically with garage conversions. Knowledge of efficient space utilization and modern design principles will be highly beneficial. Please provide examples of similar projects you've completed.
