Game characters

I need an artist to create a character for a video game. I would like to have 3 stages of creation if possible. Stage 1 is the sketch phase which is a black and white sketch full body. Stage 2 Max design, which is bringing in more details to the character and color and the final design. Stage 3 If possible I need a 3D full body design of the character.
