Fully Design & Produce Renderings for a Modern Bungalow
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
We are seeking a talented designer to fully design and produce photorealistic 3D renderings for a modern bungalow project. The design should be based on the Gable One floor plan found on FormFlow, but we would like to explore multiple floor plan options.
The designer should be able to work independently while collaborating with us to gather project requirements and understand our vision. The final design must comply with Australian standards and building codes.
Responsibilities:
Analyze the Gable One design and its key features and elements
Create multiple floor plan options that incorporate our requirements while maintaining the essence of the Gable One design
Collaborate with us to gather project requirements and understand our vision
Produce photorealistic 3D renderings that use current technology for cutting-edge results
Revise the design and renderings based on feedback and ensure the final product meets our expectations
Requirements:
Proven experience in designing and producing photorealistic 3D renderings for architectural projects
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work samples, including modern bungalow designs and renderings
Familiarity with Australian building codes and standards
Excellent communication skills and ability to understand requirements
Ability to work independently
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, or similar tools
Deliverables:
Multiple floor plan options that incorporate our requirements and the essence of the Gable One design
Fully designed modern bungalow based on the chosen floor plan
Photorealistic 3D renderings that incorporate all required materials for cutting-edge results (refer to attached images)
CAD files
