Floorplan Design for 1600 Sq. Ft. Basement

I am seeking a floorplan designer to finalize design of our family's unfinished basement. We have the basic outline ready to share in a Chief Architect autocad file and would like the finished project to be compatible with Chief Architect Home Designer. Design elements include: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large, multi-purpose family area. We love closets and built in methods to hide our clutter. The stair location presents a challenge in how to fit the small bathroom and still have access to the back master bedroom/bath combo.
