Floor planner and 3D elevation

I am looking for a freelancer to design and create a floor plan and 3D elevation of a residential property, in a modern style. I do not have specific dimensions or a layout in mind, but I am open to suggestions. I am looking for someone who can create a beautiful, functional, and aesthetically pleasing work of art. The project should embrace the modern style while also providing a practical living environment for the home's inhabitants. Additionally, the project should also be energy-efficient to help cut down on costs in the long-term. A 3D rendering of the elevation should be included so that I can get a better feel for how the finished product will look. Ultimately, I am looking for a quality design that I can be proud to call my own.
