Floor Plan & Rendering for mix-use building.

Hello, I am looking to work with a skilled Architect that can create a 2d floor plan with dimensions for a commercial mix use building. I need someone that can review details about the property via images only + review my ideas and create a floor plan based around the available square footage. The building will be 2 floors, about 5000-8000 sq ft or a little smaller. I want to have 3 apartments on the top floor & 3-4 commercial spaces as well as 1 extra apartment on the first level. You must be able to speak English well so we can discuss what can happen with the building.

I also need a 3d rendering of the building once the floor plan is done. Please note, I have a online link that has full details about the building along with my ideas for the floor plan and rendering. My budget is $200.00 - $225.00 for this project. I need this done ASAP! Withthin the next 7 days.

Recap of what I need for this project:

1: 2d floor plan with dimensions for one 2 floor mix use building. The floor plan must have realistic dimensions. Meaning the floor plan must only have a layout that is realistic with the space available. We will need to discuss in detail the floor plan options so I can confirm room dimensions etc\.

2: The 3d rendering will need to showcase a few different angles of the property front, back & side etc.
