3D Floor Plan Design and Drawing

Hi there

Please see attached floor plans!

We would like to order a 3d floor plan for 6 types of apartments in the same project.

1 bedroom apartment

2 bedroom apartment

2 Bedroom penthouse ( 2 floors )

4 bedroom penthouse ( 2 floors )

I want the floor plans to be better than the attached examples in terms of design and quality...

You will be provided with necessary files but the design and drawing is up to you...

You need to be able to do this using Sketch up and Lumion...
