Finished Architectural PC Dossier — SS+R+2 (345 m²)
Budget: €100 – €150 EUR
I'm looking for an experienced architect / architectural drafter to deliver a fully finished and presentable Permis de Construire (PC) dossier for a new construction project in France.
PROJECT:
- New build SS+R+2 (full basement + ground floor + 2 upper floors)
- 2 apartments T4 + underground parking + elevator + technical rooms
- Total floor area: 345 m²
- Location: Bondy (93140), France
WHAT I PROVIDE:
- Existing DWG plans (all levels)
- Existing SketchUp 3D model
- Project info and cadastral data
- A reference PDF (Dardonville project) showing EXACTLY the finished quality level required
WHAT I NEED — a complete, finished, presentable dossier matching the Dardonville reference, including:
1. Cover page with project photo + project info
2. Summary / table of contents with drawing index
3. Modification index table (Index A, B, C, D with dates)
4. Standardized title block on EVERY sheet (PC01, PC02, PC03…)
5. Correct SS+R+2 floor plans: basement with parking/ramp/elevator pit/technical rooms, raised ground floor (+1.50 m), R+1 and R+2 residential apartments, roof
6. All sections + all facades (existing + project)
7. 3D integration / realistic render from the SketchUp model
8. Consistent A3 layout across all sheets, compiled into one polished PDF
IMPORTANT:
- The drawings must correctly represent the SS+R+2 programme (parking is in the BASEMENT, not on upper floors). Any inconsistency in the source files must be flagged to me, not silently reproduced.
- Do NOT bid if you cannot match the Dardonville reference quality.
