Farm House Design

I am looking for a skilled architect or designer who can create a traditional farmhouse design for my project. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing traditional homes and be able to incorporate my ideas into the final design.

Specific requirements for the project include:

- The idea is to work together to get to the solution & refinement quickly
- As the site is a remote small village detailed design will help ensure keep check on cost & get a local contractor to understand and execute it
- Design that is aesthetically pleasing and functional for a farmhouse setting.
- Ensuring that the design includes all necessary features and amenities for a comfortable living space.
- Get 3d views to go through the design review
- Design should be able to manage construction activity in phases
- Design should help estimate the cost of construction &
- Need structural, electric & plumbing designs as well

Skills and experience required for this project:
- Should be open to inputs & objectively provide feedback for improving the project
- Experience in designing traditional homes or farmhouses.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (revit).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to incorporate client preferences into the design.
- Knowledge of materials and construction methods suitable for farmhouse construction.
