3D Fantasy Animation Creation

I need a skilled animator to create a 3D animation with a fantasy theme. The animation will be used for educational content, and I am looking for someone who can bring imaginative and engaging elements to life. This will be part of a bigger project which is around 15 videos of 2-3 mins each based on the content provided. Overall budget is mentioned. Can be a little flexible based on the quality of work.
