3D Architectural Design Requirements – Family Resort (Second Floor)
We are designing a family-friendly resort on the second floor of the building, intended for 2 to 6 people. The design should be open, inviting, and maximize the use of natural light and ventilation. Since the space is exclusively for family use, privacy is not a concern, and an open-concept layout is preferred.
Key Components:
Kitchen Corner – A practical and stylish kitchen with an island or bar counter for casual dining and social interaction.
Bedroom – A well-lit bedroom with a double bed (for two people), designed for comfort.
Living Room – A spacious and airy gathering space with large glass openings to enhance natural light.
Pool – An integrated pool with an infinity edge or elevated deck to create a luxurious feel.
Outdoor Seating Area – A cozy lounge area suitable for 2 to 6 people, seamlessly connected to the living space.
Barbecue Area – A built-in barbecue zone with a countertop for food prep and a dining area.
Bathroom – The toilet must face either north or south, with a modern and minimal design.
Additional Key Considerations:
✅ Maximizing Natural Light – Floor-to-ceiling windows, skylights, and open spaces to allow sunlight throughout the day.
✅ Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Integration – Large sliding glass doors to blend the indoor and outdoor areas.
✅ High Ceilings – To enhance openness and airflow, contributing to a cooler atmosphere.
✅ Greenery & Landscaping – Incorporating natural elements like potted plants, vertical gardens, or a green wall.
✅ Warm & Natural Materials – Using wood, stone, and earthy tones to create a cozy and inviting ambiance.
✅ Multi-Functional Spaces – The seating areas can include built-in benches with storage for better space utilization.
✅ Ambient & Accent Lighting – Combining warm LED strips, hanging pendant lights, and outdoor lanterns for a relaxing vibe at night.
