Elevation design

I'm looking for a freelancer to design an elevation for an industrial building. I would like the finished design to match an industrial architectural style, and while I have some ideas of what I would like it to look like, I'm open to suggestions from the freelancer's expertise. This work should include conceptual sketches, 3D modeled renderings, and overall project coordination. The end goal is to create an aesthetically pleasing yet functional design.
