Elegant Event Venue Design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I own an 8 m × 22 m corner lot in the Ceres area of Ate, Lima, and I want to turn it into a modern, highly rentable event venue that still feels elegant and upscale to guests in the middle and lower-middle income brackets. The design has to photograph beautifully, flow effortlessly, and earn its keep weekend after weekend.
Program & priorities
The reception should open directly toward a roughly 70 m² main hall, backed by a compact bar or kitchenette and code-compliant M/F restrooms. The headline feature—and my absolute must-have—is an elevated pool or Instagram-ready photo spot that makes the venue instantly shareable on social media. If the footprint and budget allow, a terrace or rooftop lounge that extends event hours into the evening would be a welcome bonus. Throughout, I’m after clean, contemporary lines, intuitive circulation, and finishes that look premium without pricing out my target market.
Deliverables I’m expecting
• Scaled floor plan(s) with furniture and circulation clearly marked
• Four or more high-quality 3-D renders—interior and exterior—that highlight the pool/photo feature and corner façade
• A concise materials and finishes board using options readily available in Lima
• Source files (DWG, RVT, or SKP) plus a brief design narrative that explains spatial strategy and estimated occupancy
