Educational 3D Tutorial Animation Needed

I’m putting together a tutorial-style video and need a skilled 3D animator who can take the lesson from concept to polished, viewer-ready footage. The goal is clear: explain a training topic visually so learners grasp each step quickly and remember it.

Here’s what I have in mind:
• You’ll handle the animation pipeline— rigging (if characters are involved), animation, lighting, rendering and basic compositing.
• The end product should be a smooth, engaging 3D animated video that walks viewers through the process just like a hands-on instructor would.
• Audio, labels or on-screen callouts that reinforce the teaching points are a plus.

I’m open to whichever software you work best in—Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D or a comparable tool—as long as the final export comes in a widely supported format (MP4 preferred).
