2D to 3D Drawing Conversion

I am looking to start an online fast 2D to 3D image conversion website. Taking 2D plans or sketches and converting them into 3D Images and Video fast and at a good rate. Please see the images below as a reference. I would need someone to complete the projects within budget and on time. I would need someone who can complete multiple projects in a week once I acquire the jobs. The project would require the successful contractor supply me with 6/10 images and a video.
