Dining table for a high end home

I am in search of an experienced designer to sketch a luxurious dining table for my clients high end home. I will be the builder and have rough sketches. I'm wanting the design to incorporate the cathedral beams. The table must be a rectangular shape with an approximate size of large (6-10 chairs). It is paramount that the materials used in the construction are of the highest grade, which is why I am requesting that the table be constructed with solid wood. I understand that this requires skill and know-how, and I am willing to pay a premium price.
