I'm seeking an expert in development planning with a focus on new infrastructure construction. This project primarily involves:

- New road construction
- Comprehensive development planning
- Installation of drainage systems
- Laying down utility lines (electric, gas, water)
Also the following:
Playground, water park and general parks for BBQ
School
Catchment area for flood
Shopping centre
Sewerage treatment plant
Gasification plant
Medical centre, pathology and X-Ray centre

Ideal candidates should have a robust background in civil engineering or urban planning, with proven experience in coordinating and executing large scale infrastructure projects.
