Detailed Residential Container Home Design

I am seeking a highly talented and experienced freelancer who can provide a detailed set of modern design drawings for a residential project.
Project Details:
- The project involves designing a house using an 8x40 shipping container.
- All dimensions must be noted on the plans, and a detailed 3D walk-through and exterior view are crucial.
- It's important to include full electric, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance plans.
- Additionally, the design should feature a deck which will be used when the doors at the end of the container are open.
- We already have a CAD drawing with all dimensions in a PDF format that will be provided.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in modern architectural design
- Proficiency in 3D rendering and walk-through creation
- Comprehensive knowledge of house engineering aspects including electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems.
- Work experience with shipping container homes design is a plus
