3D & 2D Desiner for interiors

I am looking for a 3D & 2D Designer for interior projects. Specifically, I need both 3D Modeling and 2D Drawings for the designs. In addition, I need Rendering for the project, and I have a set timeline in mind. The successful candidate will not only be good at 3D Modeling and 2D Drawings, but should also be experienced in Rendering. They must be able to complete the project within the specified timeline.
