Design my house extension

Hi, we would like to extend our house. We want to go out the back of the house on the downstairs level without moving rooms that currently already exist too much as the bathrooms in the property have already been renovated.
We would like
-new kitchen that faces out to the back pool
-a butlers pantry,
-an office (needs to be well designed to be quiet in this room)
-space for kids to have a play area,
-Large living room
-larger dining room
-space for a home gym
-large alfresco area
- at least 4 bedrooms plus a study
-larger walk in wardrobe for main bedroom
-would love to continue the arch window theme that is currently in the house throughout the house
-modernized pool
-floor to ceiling sliding doors to the back alfresco area
-the property is in a tropical climate so needs lots of airflow
-due to it being a tropical area it needs to be built double brick
-it would be great if we could design it so that we could do phases of the renovations without interrupting the ability to live in the property….ie kitchen first and then join the rest of the rooms in the extension after kitchen and internal bits have been completed
