Design 3 different Modern villas. The amount of the bid is for all 3 design and derivables not per villa.

I need to offer 3 different 2 floor villa alternatives for a client. The villas are going to be built in the caribbean and should be spacious and have a modern style. the total construction area must be between 300 and 400 square meters total. I need the design in the revit format so another onsite arquitect can add stuff if its needed in the future.

5 or more 3D realistic views of the exterior for each villa
10 or more 3D realistic views of the interior for each villa.

1 bathroom for the other 2 bedroom
half a bathroom in 1st floor
any other space or room that is needed for this type of project.

1 of the villa with outdoor swiming pool and outdoor design.
you should be able to identify If i am missing something needed for a project like this and include it in your proposal.
