Design Modern Container Farmhouse
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m turning a set of shipping containers into a sleek, modern farmhouse that will serve as my family’s vacation retreat. I need a designer who can take this concept from rough idea to build-ready plans.
Here’s what I’m after:
• Concept development: an eye-catching, contemporary look that still feels warm and welcoming when we escape the city.
• Full architectural package: container layout, floor plans, elevations, sections, and basic MEP coordination compatible with local codes.
• Structural guidance: details on stacking, cutting, and reinforcing the containers so a local engineer can review and stamp.
• High-quality 3D renders and a walkthrough to help me visualise interior flow, light, and materials before we commit.
• Material and fixture suggestions that fit a clean modern aesthetic and suit the climate.
I’m happy to share site dimensions, inspiration images, and any technical constraints once we get started. AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar BIM-capable tools are all fine—just send final files in a format my builder can use.
