Deck expansion
Budget: $30 – $900 CAD
I am looking for some construction drawings to attach to our permit application for a deck expansion for our lake lot. The current structure is in place and well-built and looking to add a section of the deck and complete the roof over the extension.
The building restrictions in the area does not allow permanent piles as they are RV recreational sites. SO the only items now being used are the post screw piles you would find at a local hardware store.
The existing structure has metal roofing and is 10' 6" wide and is 23' long with roof structure being 30' long approx and a total of 22' 6" wide, as there is 12' on the other side that covers RV. Main structural Posts are 6' x 6' and are 8' centers.
