Custom Traditional Home Plan Design

I’m ready to turn my ideas for a traditional single-family home into a full set of professional construction drawings and I need a skilled architectural drafter or architect to make it happen.

The project
My concept is for a brand-new, custom design rather than a tweak to a stock plan. I have rough sketches, notes on room sizes, photos of façades I like, and a clear list of must-have features. What I lack are scaled floor plans, elevations, sections, roof layout, and the basic electrical/plumbing positioning that will pass local permitting and guide the builder on site.

Scope of work
• Translate my sketches and requirements into a coherent layout that respects traditional architectural proportions and detailing.
• Produce dimensioned floor plans, front/rear/side elevations, one or two building sections, roof plan, and simple MEP placeholders (locations only).
• Provide the drawings in PDF for submission plus editable CAD (DWG or RVT) files.
• Iterate through a few rounds of revisions so the final package is clear, code-compliant, and build-ready.

Timeline & collaboration
I’d like to see an initial layout within a week of project start and aim for a permit-ready set in four to five weeks, adjusting as needed for feedback. Regular check-ins by video or chat will keep us on track.
