Custom Country-Shaped PCB Redesign
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I already have working Arduino- and ESP32-based boards; what I need now is a reshape of the boards to a custom shape and should have little effect on the traces. you’ll focus on redrawing the board outline, adjusting keep-outs, and nudging traces so manufacturing remains trouble-free.
I will supply the current schematic, board file, and a vector image of the geographic contour. You return updated design files (Altium or KiCad preferred, plus universal Gerbers) and a quick 3D render so I can visualize the new silhouette.
Acceptance criteria:
• Board outline matches the supplied country & continent vector within ±0.2 mm
• No DRC errors at standard PCB thickness settings
• Gerbers pass JLCPCB pre-check without modification
