Custom Blender Addon Developer Needed

I am looking to hire a freelancer to create a Blender addon called "Cube Creative Agency" that will appear in the Properties panel. The addon should have the following features:
User Interface
The addon should have a search bar for quick searching
Two main categories: Textures and Models
Subcategories for different texture types (e.g. metal, wood, plastic, fabric, stone, concrete, leather, glass, ceramic, rubber)
Subcategories for different model types (e.g. cars, interior, nature, food, furniture, electronics, appliances, weapons, clothing, jewelry)
Each texture and model thumbnail should display a preview image and name
Texture and Model Functionality
Textures should be draggable and droppable onto objects in the 3D viewport to apply the texture
Models should be draggable and droppable into the 3D viewport to import the model directly into the scene
For each texture and model, there should be an option to select the resolution (8K, 4K, 2K, 1K)
Other Requirements
The addon should be well-organized, easy to navigate, and load quickly without slowing down Blender
The textures and models should be high-quality and professionally created
The addon should be regularly updated with new content
It should be compatible with the latest version of Blender
The author name should be "Cube Creative Agency"
