Custom Bathroom Vanity Design & Build
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm seeking a skilled designer to create a build sheet and rendering for a custom bathroom vanity. Specific nuances of the project include:
- Design: Hi Steve,
Yes, there will be two drawers under each sink (behind the cabinet doors), for a total of 4 drawers. We would need them to be u-shaped as required to clear the plumbing piping. Please see the revised drawing with some additional notes and dimensions.
A few things to note:
Behind the cabinet doors, in front of the sinks, we'd like panels to hide the sink (please see attached photo)
We'd like receptacle cutouts on each side of the vanity as close to the wall and as tight to the underside of the countertop as possible (please see attached diagram)
Hardware (knobs and pulls) are TBD
We'd like to go ahead with the 68" wide vanity in the cherry stain. We'd like two u-shaped drawers on each side of the vanity (two beneath each sink), cabinet doors that run the entire vertical height of the vanity (no false fronts in front of the sinks), and two "panels" on the ends of the vanity (no open towel storage). Please see the revised sketch -- we'll get you more detailed dimensions shortly.
- Size: The vanity should be large, specifically, 68 inches wide. The functional aspects of the vanity should be well balanced with the aesthetic ones.see attached photos
Ideal candidates should have sound experience in carpentry or furniture design, and the ability to produce high-quality renderings.
