I need you to model and texture the attached scene in 3Ds Max. All surfaces need to be UVWed
Important: quality of materials used needs to be exceptional. Only use PBR materials. All materials need to be ultra realistic
Corona 7 materials are preferred.
Pay special attention to the lighting design
I just need the environment/scene, not the furniture. Please use dummy furniture in order to keep the scale.
