Create portfolio of small homes - floor plans + 3D
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I am looking for a skilled freelancer to create a portfolio of small homes, including floor plans and 3D renderings. The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural design and be proficient in creating floor plans for homes that are less than 500 square feet in size.
Key requirements:
- Ability to create accurate and detailed 2D floor plans based on the client's specifications and preferences
- Strong understanding of space optimization and efficient design for small homes
- Proficiency in using architectural design software to create 2D floor plans
- Strong communication skills to understand the client's vision and incorporate their ideas into the design
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements and dimensions in the floor plans
- Create realistic renderings
- Provide list of materials to estimate construction costs
Additional information:
- The client does not have models or pictures to use as a reference, but they have a clear idea of what they want for their small homes
- The desired output format for this project is 2D floor plans
