Create 3D images for a construction project from engineering plans

Project Title: Create 3D Images for Construction Project
I am looking for a skilled and experienced 3D artist who can create high-quality renderings for my construction project based on engineering plans.
We have a set of engineering plans for 12 Townhomes construction with 6 units on one side adjusted to each other and 6 units on the other side with the driveway in the middle. Units on one side of the driveway are slightly different from the units on the other side (2 types of units).
We need a graphic designer who could prepare a set of photorealistic in-colour images of the project from different angles based on those plans + basic landscaping. Once provided, we might request a couple of revisions to adjust the colour of the outside building materials to try the look and select the best option. The goal of this project is to select the best fitted material for the building's look, as well as prepare life-like pictures to advertise townhomes for sale.

Materials, Colors, and Textures:
- No specific materials, colors, or textures are required
- I am open to suggestions and creative ideas
Number of Renderings:
- 3 renderings needed to showcase different perspectives of the project
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately represent architectural elements
- Creativity in capturing the essence and aesthetics of the project
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
