Create floor plan and a photo realistic rendering for restaurant

Experienced 3D rendering artist needed for a project to create a photo realistic rendering (architecture or SketchUp) of existing Thai Restaurant in Bangkok.
The images and videos produced will be used for advertisements on social networks and the Internet and help our constructors to understand what we might want.
Work closely with our team to ensure designs meet our requirements
Skills and experience required:
- Create floor plan from our drawing, SketchUp
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software (e.g. 3ds Max, V-Ray)
- Strong understanding of traditional architectural design and elements
- Ability to accurately portray texture, lighting, and materials in a realistic manner
- Attention to detail to capture the desired color palette
- Flexibility to include surrounding elements only if necessary
The ideal candidate will have a portfolio showcasing previous work in traditional style renderings, demonstrating their ability to create highly realistic and visually appealing images.
