Create an "exploded diagram" of our SmartLodge for a brochure, in SketchUp

We have posted a contest for a brochure. One of the images is going to be an exploded diagram of our "SmartLodge"...
Should be done in SketchUp, but it's not important as long as it looks good?
This is for a BROCHURE, so it needs to look "good". But I can send it to a graphics artist if you only want to do the explosion without making it look pretty.
We need to explode the roof, so it is directly above the SmartLodge. We will also explode the loft above the bathroom, and explode the bathroom, with the shower, (I did not include the toilet because the size was too big to upload here). We also need to explode the kitchen, and the porch. All of those things are options, (except the roof, which obviously is included in the purchase price).
These are the options that need to be exploded:
Bathroom
Kitchen
Loft
Porch
The roof also needs to be exploded, but it's not an additional option (as I mentioned before).
There must be LINES that show where the options go, and then also there should be dimensions on the overall drawing. This graphic will serve two purposes: To show the options, and also to show the dimensions of the SmartLodge. (Size of the overall building, and the size of each of the options).
I don't know exactly how I want it to look.. Could be a skeleton (see-through), or could be cut-away.. (I think I will wait for you to send examples of how you think it should look, and I will choose the right one for the job.
