Create 3D, 360° Panoramic Renders from SketchUp Files that I will provide.

I have sketchup files for a project that needs to be rendered. I need the output of the render to be in 360° panoramic view and in jpeg format because it needs to be used for a virtual tour. Currently there are 8 spots of the project that needs to be rendered. Some are interior, some are exterior views (such as pool, playground, etc).
I need the renders to be done either using V-ray or 3dsMax.
