Create PSD design for map for urneal engine 5 game

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to create a PSD design for an outdoor map for my Unreal Engine 5 game. The design is based on an existing design that is almost finished. This design will need to be 2048x2048 & have the same layout as helper-image so the helper image was generated to help create the map accurately with the spots matching location by location
