Create Muscular Human Form Animation

I'm looking for a realistic animation of an ethnically ambiguous, blue, muscular human form performing 40+ different bodyweight exercises. Each exercise should be a separate short video.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in 3D modeling and animation
- Experience with realistic human musculature and movement
- Ability to create short, loopable exercise videos

Criteria:
- Must use industry standard software and provide raw 3D animation files upon request
- We (the Client) retain all IP ownership
- Must be able to recreate exact movements from actual videos we'll provide as templates
- Must be able to use same movement patterns to create both male and female forms
- Must be able to maintain consistent look and feel for avatar for every movement and video
- Must be able to export animations into 5-10 second looped videos of each exercise such that they can be embedded into and automatically play inside an email, blog post, etc.

Futureproofing:
- Should be able to use same movement patterns re-skinned with different avatars, skin tones, clothing, etc.
- Software used must be industry standard and all files must be portable.
- No proprietary software or methodologies should be used

Samples:
Attached sample is similar to desired finished product. Two different styles of animation are included in our uploads. We are still finalizing which style we like best, but all of them show the types of movements we are looking to recreate.

We will provide actual videos of a real person doing an exercise and are looking for you to turn it into an animated version. We may want to re-skin the avatar later on to change the look and feel, so the project should be able to accommodate that quickly and easily.

Please provide samples of previous work.

Rate negotiable based on experience, quality of results, and speed of delivery. Will consider project-based (per video) payments as well. This opportunity may lead to full time employment.
