Create Few 3D Textures Design via Substance 3D and Photoshop!

Hello There,
Basically, i want a designer to design a few textures (high quality) for me via suitable software probably substance 3D and photoshop, so i can showcase them on my website.
The Textures are basically real-life material patterns of vinyl (our product) of which I will provide you with both scanned and clicked images of all of them. So you can map, visualize them and create the design for it.
There are around 10 Textures that are to be designed, a few of them have similar patterns but differ in color, while others have a separate patterns on them.
I will be requiring the output images in JPEG, and PNG format along with the raw software format file.
