3D Cover Design for "Advanced Engineering Materials" Journal

Job ID: 36584118

Budget: €30 – €250 EUR

We need a 3D cover picture for a journal that showcases laser-based additive manufacturing of a magnetocaloric device from powders. You'll need to create a 3D model using software such as Maya or Blender. Please be aware that it should be a whole cover page on which later the journal's name, volume, number, and publication date, as well as the Wiley-VCH GmbH logo, will be added by the journal.
Some examples of a cover can be found here:
https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/page/journal/15272648/homepage/cover/index2022
A particularly good example is: https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/cms/asset/89d261b6-0d1c-407f-b21f-2543f760d096/adem202270044-blkfxd-0001-m.jpg

The cover should feature the following:

A visual representation of laser irradiation on powder, showing the joining of powders to create a magnetocaloric device. As an example, Figure 1 shows how laser-based additive manufacturing works. The laser irradiation on powder leads to the joining of powders, turning into intricately shaped devices.

A partly manufactured additive-manufactured part. This can be any magnetocaloric device. Examples are shown in Figure 2 (which shows a magnetocaloric heat pump) and Figure 3 (which shows a magnetic cooler).

Magnets; as shown in Figure 3, which shows the varying applied field to the magnetocaloric device

Cooling pipes (optional).
