Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm looking to work with an experienced architect or designer to develop a new floor plan for my single-level residential property. The new floor plan should provide a second bathroom, updated kitchen with kitchen island, and consider any other potential areas for improvement or alteration eg moving laundry to garage or expanding laundry.
• Design Skills - The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio in contemporary residential design.
• Experience - A background in residential architectural design or interior design is preferred. Previous successful projects involving contemporary, single-level homes will be highly regarded.
