- Concept drawings
- External 3D render
- Unlimited revisions

Phase 2:
- Full working drawings including:
- Site plan (1x)
- Ground floor plan (1x)
- Upper floor plan (1x)
- Elevation drawings (4x)
- Section drawings (2x)
- Electrical layout (1x)
- Roof plan (1x)
- Updated 3D external images

Requirements:
- Design for a 2,000 - 4,000 sq ft home
- Focus on an open floor plan
- Contemporary design style

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in home design, especially in contemporary styles
- Strong 3D rendering and technical drawing skills
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Good communication for revisions and updates
