Contemporary Double-Storey House Plan Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm seeking a competent architect to create a contemporary double-story house plan for an approximately 185m2 space. The design should incorporate:
- A Master bedroom complete with a walk-in closet
- An open-plan layout for the kitchen and living area
- A cozy yet practical home office
- Have a courtyard area
- kitchen with pantry storage
- laundry
Four bedrooms will be needed for this design. The ideal architect would have experience in contemporary design and be able to maximize the practical use of the allocated area. Additionally, incorporating natural light into the design would be advantageous.
