I need a skilled 3D interior visualizer to create realistic, to-scale renderings of my new apartment based on the provided floorplan and reference photos. The goal is to help me plan furniture placement, finishes, and overall design before moving in.
Scope of Work:
• Produce a to-scale 3D rendering (or photorealistic mockups) of the apartment based on floor plan measurements (supplied in photo format).
• Match the style closely to the inspiration images & the existing layout (provided in JPEG brochure).
