Container Home Video and Rendered Images

I have a compact shipping-container home concept that I’d like brought to life as a short video render plus a handful of stills suitable for Instagram, TikTok, and my website. You’ll receive the full floor plan, elevations, and a detailed schedule of finishes, fixtures, and surrounding context so you can concentrate on the creative work rather than guesswork.

Scope
• The clip must showcase both interior and exterior spaces.
• A blended aesthetic—rustic, coastal, and city-chic—should come through clearly.
• Please give special attention to natural materials and textures; they are the hero elements of the project.

Workflow preferences
I have experimented with Midjourney and like its polished yet stylised feel, so a comparable or better level of finish is essential. I’m not looking for marathon sessions per frame—smart, efficient workflows (AI + post-production in Premiere, After Effects, Blender, or similar) are welcome as long as the result looks sharp and consistent.

Deliverables
• One 15-30 sec HD (1080p) or higher fly-through/animated walkthrough.
• 3–5 high-resolution stills derived from the same scene, optimised for social feeds and web.
• Source files or project files so I can request tweaks later if needed.

Please include in your proposal
• Guide pricing broken into milestones (concept, first draft, final polish).
• Typical turnaround time from brief to final delivery.
• A link to at least two comparable renders you’ve produced.
