Conceptual 3D & Hand-Drawn Design Visualization

Hello,
I want to create piece of design (a table hanged on a door by straps with no drill). I need a 3D visualization of the table and some hand made drawings of the design to put on the website. Is it something you do ?

What i want to put on the website is :
1. View of the wood table alone (cf picture in charcoal)
2. View of the full object in set up (cf picture blue pen)

Both in 3D renders and hand drawings.
The style is supposed to be technical (cf example photos) and not realistic. I should look like technical design and architect drawings (cf inspiration pictures)

It is 4 deliverables :
Two 3D views
Two hand Drawings
