Comprehensive 3D Design of a 2 BHK Flat

We are outsourcing the complete design of a 2 BHK flat, as shown in the attached layout. The deliverables should include both photo and video presentations of the design in 3D, along with detailed electrical, civil, and plumbing designs.
Key Requirements:
1. Room Layout:
• Bedrooms: Design two bedrooms, each measuring approximately 11’0” x 11’0” and 11’0” x 13’0”.
• Drawing/Dining Area: Create an open-plan living and dining area measuring approximately 17’0” x 11’8”.
• Kitchen: Design a functional kitchen space measuring 7’0” x 10’0”, connected to a utility area.
• Toilets: Include two toilets with attached bath spaces.
• Balcony: Design a balcony space connected to the living area.
2. Additional Spaces:
• Utility Area: A utility space adjacent to the kitchen.
• Lobby and Lift Area: Design the lift lobby and access area as per the layout.
3. Design Style:
• The design should be modern and functional, making optimal use of the available space.
• Focus on realistic finishes and materials that can be used in actual construction.
4. Technical Designs:
• Electrical Design: Include a detailed electrical layout with placements for lighting, switches, sockets, and other electrical fixtures.
