Complete School Computer Lab Design

I want to transform an empty classroom into a fully-fledged computer lab and I need a civil engineer who can take the project from a blank sheet of paper to construction-ready plans. From you I expect: precise 2D layouts that position desks, cable trays, power points and safety clearances; immersive 3D renders that help the school board visualise finishes and lighting; and a ventilation strategy that keeps equipment cool and meets classroom air-exchange requirements. Structural safety and all local code compliance must be baked into every drawing and calculation.

I am starting from scratch—no legacy sketches exist—so your first task will be to confirm site dimensions and ceiling heights from the survey notes I will provide. Once the initial concept is approved, please develop detailed CAD/Revit drawings, airflow calculations (CFD or equivalent), and a concise specification for materials, HVAC components and load-bearing elements.

Deliverables (PDF and editable source files):
• Scaled 2D floor plan and reflected ceiling plan
• 3D model with photorealistic renders (preferred formats: Revit, SketchUp, or similar)
• Ventilation layout, duct sizing, fan selection and noise/heat calculations
• Structural notes confirming compliance with school and local building codes
• Bill of quantities and brief construction sequence

Clear milestones and responsive communication are important to me; I will review and sign off at concept, 50 % design and final issue stages.
