Complete Exterior Renderings and Interior Elevations for Steel Building
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
VERY IMPORTANT! You must be able to show that you have experience with sports, health and fitness, and/or are used to going to the gym. Please do not apply if you cannot understand how these specific facility's are customized and created.
Here are the details of our project.
1. We already have a 12,000 sq ft (120'x100') floorplan which needs exterior aerial renderings to be placed on a site plan to present to a developer for approval. The building needs to be completed with a 25' ceiling height. We will include the dimensions of the site plan in the files.
2. We already have a 25,000 sq ft (250'x100') floorplan, interior plan, and exterior renderings of our Steel Building. However, it needs to be placed onto a site plan (70,000 sq ft) with a parking lot to present to a developer for approval. We will include the developer's site plan and are required to present the interior elevations along with it.
3. We have AutoCAD for each specific rendering.
4. Deadline: Project is due no more than 5 days after you're hired. We expect to receive daily updates and require good communication throughout the process. If you need more time, just let us know ahead of time.
5. This is the 3rd of the 5 phases of this project. There are two more projects to complete this entire presentation.
